Limitless Athletics is a local athletic program that prides itself on complete development through quality instruction, skill isolation, quality feedback, experienced error correction and use of modified games, and brings elite coaches to the local area to help in this process. In Limitless Athletics' programming, players will be able to develop their skills at their own speed, all while having fun!

The PSAA Basketball program facilitated by Limitless Athletics is for students in Grades 6-9.

Basic Information

Cost: $295 per month. This includes all programming costs, midday transportation to facilities and apparel.

School Locations: École Broxton Park School (505 McLeod Avenue, Spruce Grove)

Training Location: TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre (221 Jennifer Heil Way, Spruce Grove

Transportation: Students will be bused midday to the facilities for their basketball programming, where they can be picked up at the end of the day.

Basketball Schedule

The basketball schedule runs on a six-day rotation. Please note that physical development components (dryland days) will be worked into sport-specific training. Below is a sample three-week schedule:

Lead Coaches & Instructors

Robyn Oldham

Robyn has been a lifelong player, coach, and contributor to the basketball community. She played five years for the University of Alberta Pandas, winning a National Championship in 1999. Her coaching journey has taken her through two decades of youth and high school programs in Edmonton and Spruce Grove. She is well known for developing both the athlete and the individual through her collaborative and caring approach to elite development, coaching dozens of players who have gone on to successful post-secondary careers. She was named the Edmonton Metro Division 1 Coach of the Year in 2017.

Robyn also has extensive experience in sport management. She previously worked for Alberta Basketball as a program coordinator, and is the long-standing President of the Pandas Basketball Alumni Association. She was awarded the University of Alberta Green and Gold Volunteer Leadership Award in 2016.

Mary St. Amand

Mary grew up playing basketball in the Parkland area, spending her high school years as part of the Spruce Grove Panthers. She went on to play for Red Deer College before embarking on her teaching and coaching careers.

Mary has coached basketball for over ten years. She has many years experiences working with the Canada Basketball Academy and coaching with the women’s provincial team programs. Mary was on the U17 women’s team Alberta coaching staff where she took home a silver medal at nationals. She currently works at the Junior High level, coaching the senior boys at High Park School and is an assistant coach with the Memorial Composite High School senior boys.
