Owner & Head Strength Coach - Brad Dayman
Brad’s passion for strength training led to him founding Elite Athlete Training Systems more than 10 years ago. With his broad experience working with a variety of athletes of all ages and skill levels from Junior High to Pro, Brad has an unmatched passion for training athletes.
Brad believes the role of strength and conditioning programs is to develop all-around athletes. He thinks of athlete development as building a pyramid: a pyramid's height is directly proportional to the size of its base, and his job as a strength coach is to build that base as big as possible, so the athlete's sport coach can build that pyramid as tall as possible.
Brad played football in the Spruce Grove area for 10 years, after which he served as the strength and conditioning coach for the Parkland Panthers high school team for eight years. He is also an accomplished competitive powerlifter, winning best overall lifter at the 2014 Provincial Championships.
Brad’s athletic background coupled with his ongoing education means he has an intimate understanding of how the work done in the gym influences performance and is vital in an athlete’s pursuit of their sport performance goals.
